In general, these materials will be resistant to a wide range of industrial chemicals like, sulphuric acid, methanol and methyl ethyl ketone as well as offering resistance to salts, water, abrasion and impact activity.

CPR 604 – Acid Resistant Epoxy Screed is a seamless, protective and chemical resistant screed. Typically used for thin section screeds and renders for food factories, dairies, abattoirs, plating ships, hospitals, sugar refineries, breweries, chemical bunds, plating shops, etc. The screed is easy to apply and does not stick to the trowel, is non-dusting, chemical and abrasion-resistant, non-slip in nature and may be rapidly opened to traffic.

CPR 605 – Self Sealing Acid Resistant Screed can be used for chemical bund linings, heavy-duty, chemical resistant flooring, e.g. chemical and printing works, dye-works, pharmaceutical production etc. The material is a rapid curing, resin-rich, three-pack Epoxy Screed with exceptional resistance to aggressive acids, solvents and alcohols e.g. 96-99% sulphuric acid, Methyl Ethyl Ketone and Methanol. The Screed is usually applied in conjunction with a separate primer, CPR 414 – Acid Resistant Epoxy Concrete Primer.
