CPR 701 – Flexible Concrete Joint Filler is a coloured, two-pack, pourable, flexibilised epoxy sealant. The mixed sealant can be poured directly into horizontal joints. The material is hard and tough enough to protect arris edges from heavy wheel loading but possesses sufficient flexibility to accommodate a degree of movement (10% of the joint width). CPR 701 is particularly suitable for filling saw cut joints in long strip floor construction.

CPR 724 – Epoxy Concrete Crack Sealer is a two-pack, solvent-free, low viscosity Epoxy resin designed for filling cracks and voids in concrete, brickwork and masonry. The material allows the ready consolidation of structures, and prevents water and salt ingress, thereby obviating freeze-thaw damage and re-bar corrosion. When used for small scale repairs the material can be part mixed in the ratio of 4:1 by volume (Base to Curing Agent component). For larger scale injection work, CPR 724 may be used with automatic proportioning pumps.

Fosroc – Thioflex 600 Pouring Grade (5-litres) is perfect for joints in horizontal surfaces and is supplied in 5-litre packs with the base and curing agent in separate tins.  

The material is particularly recommended for use in high-rise buildings and other applications where access for subsequent maintenance will be difficult and the risk of early movement failure must be minimised. It is also suitable for sealing joints in brickwork, retaining walls, basements and subways and is recommended for the initial sealing of expansion joints and stress relief joints in floors and for sealing other horizontal surfaces.

This product is also available in gun grade – Fosroc – Thioflex 600 Gun Grade (2.5-litres) 

Fosroc Nitoseal MS600 is a one-part medium modulus sealant based on hybrid silyl modified polyether technology. It has a fast rate of cure and forms a tough, highly durable and water-resistant elastomer. The material conforms to the Water supply (water quality) Regulations 2000 & 2001 Regulations 31(4b) for products having a small surface area in contact with water for public supply. Nitoseal MS600 is typically used for sealing movement joints in buildings and civil engineering structures including joints that will be subject to intermittent immersion.

SikaFlex Pro 3 icure (600ml) is a 1-part, polyurethane, tough, coloured, elastic joint sealant for sealing many types of joint configurations in floors and civil engineering structures. It provides a waterproof seal with good mechanical properties, provides resistance to chemicals and remains elastic over a wide range of temperatures. The material is typically used for horizontal and vertical interior and exterior sealing joint applications within environments such as the food industry, cleanrooms, sewage treatment plants and tunnels.
