What is an Epoxy Damp Proof Membrane?
An epoxy damp proof membrane is a 2-part surface primer. After being mixed, it can be brushed onto concrete floors and screeds to provide a protective layer that enhances the durability, UV resistance, abrasion resistance, and strength of floor coatings.
Our two-part epoxy damp proof membrane provides excellent adhesion to any damp cementitious surface. Once it has dried, the membrane provides a dry barrier against moisture below.
These properties make it an excellent choice for damp-proofing underground car parks, basement garages, retaining walls, tunnels, and cellars. It is also useful for applying between a concrete floor and a vinyl or timber overlay, to ensure moisture does not move into the top layers of your flooring.
